Epicat – 9:49

It looks like EpiCat can be helpful in off-season to lower the loss of muscle when not working out, right?  I you are typically a more muscle body type, can you almost promote muscle growth without working out? Like recomping to higher muscle in a month off state?

What is up lord Pj, my name is Benny. First off I’m a huge fan of Blackstone Labs and have been following the company for well over a year now and am I die hard for all of your supplements.

Let’s jump into my question. I’m trying to figure out a perfect preworkout meal to take alongside my glycolog. Currently I’m eating about 80 grams of carbs and 40 grams of protein. I do this with a protein shake and some pomegranate juice as well as some mashed potatoes.
I talked to one of the muscle boys and he said you want to consume something that has high glycemic index carbs. He suggested a pop tart and that just never seemed good enough for me.
So in short what’s your opinion on the perfect preworkout meal for glycolog?

Stomach Problems – 13:32

My name is cristopher my question is this. I recently found out I have Gerd horrible symptoms like heartburn and acid reflux and nausea almost daily for hrs on end with nausea. I’m currently trying licorice root extract, aloe vera juice, probiotics, digestive enzymes,apple cider vinegar, ox bile, melatonin since supposedly it’s supposed to help. I’ve been having this problem for 8 months now. I’m really feeling down as I cannot even workout much or as intense duet the nausea. I don’t have h pylori or anything else I had a biopsy done in my esophagus. I’m not sure what to do pls help if u can

A.I. Dosing – 15:22

Hey PJ thanks for answering questions. I enjoy the show. I’m on doctor prescribed TRT which is 200 mg of test cyp a week split into two shots of 100mg on Monday and Thursday. I just had bloods done and my total test came back at 1100, my free test came back at 17.8 and my estrogen is 41. What is your arimidex recommendation to get that down to the magic 35? Also, my igf-1 came back at 301, should I be considered with this or not? Thanks in advance.

Best Time For Blood Work – 16:53

When is the best time to get blood work done while on TRT to see what your testosterone levels out at between weekly shots of test cyp? I read that 48 hours post shot is good. Is that too close to the shot where your test spikes from the injection?

Also, for long term use, would you prefer anastrozol or arimistane as an A.I.? My TRT doc prescribed .5mg anastrozol for Monday’s and Wednesday’s, but it’s propensity to fuck up lipids over time has me hesitant to use it long term.

I appreciate the time you take to give such detailed answers to everyone. Whether it be on your podcast or directly on the phone. That being said, I have a few questions for you.

First off, I want to apologize for not being able to see your Q&A live. I’m usually working on my sleep cycle which, as you know, is very important. But I do hear about it all the time from my roommate who is in your competition.

Speaking of THAT roommate. See, I’ve got a problem with my hand. It’s nothing extreme, but it does curl. My roommate always seems to video me and make me pose which isn’t really a problem. But sometimes he’ll walk in when I’m, well, ya know…exposed. Again, I’m not shy about it, but it is a bit creepy. What should I do so that I’m ready for those moments? It has gotten me quite alot of attention, so maybe I should just leave it alone.

Anyways, I appreciate your help and with having such awesome products.
