Blackstone Labs’ own golden boy (sorry, Luis), Cody Montgomery, takes us through everyone’s favorite: leg day.

Competitors like Cody spend their fair share of time inside of gyms, so naturally they like to switch it up every now and again. Today Cody reunites with Ben Pakulski and Joe Bennett for another intense training session this time at the world famous Mi40.
