Cody Visits Muscle Factory

Mr. USA Cody Montgomery takes a trip on down to the Muscle Factory in San Antonio, Texas.

While he hasn’t officially started prepping for show season yet, he still takes the time to stay in good shape, while at the same time acknowledging the importance of taking a step back to catch your breath every once and awhile.

That being said, he still trains like a champion,working out his back.
