CARB OPTION:

4 Scoops Blackstone Labs Juiced Up Vegan Phytoformula
1 cup of Oats1 cup of Peanut or Almond Butter (Can sub seed butter)
OPTIONAL: Roll each ball in hemp hearts, chia seeds or unsweetened coconut 

KETO OPTION: 

Sub the oats for unsweetened shredded coconut. I used the small defatted shreds since they combine best. 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend well. Yes, get in there with your hands and prep together. It will seem like it isn’t coming together but as you start to roll a truffle in your hand just keep working it and it will combine. Repeat this for all 12 balls.
