INGREDIENTS
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder (I used Blackstone Labs Unicorn Milk Isolation)
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbsp Cashew Butter or Almond Butter,
- 2Tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
- 2 Tbsp Cereal of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all the ingredients except cereal in a bowl and mix –protein powder, coconut flour, cashew butter and unsweetened applesauce
- Add cereal and mix.
