PROTEIN LAVA CAKE
Ingredients
- 1 scoop (29g) Blackstone Labs Chocolate Isolation
- 2 tbsp (10g) black cocoa or dark cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp (8g) coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3-5g artificial sweetener, optional
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Small square, 100% Dark Chocolate, optional or 1/2TB Chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except the dark chocolate square in a bowl and place in a sprayed small microwave-safe bowl. Take the dark chocolate square and put in the center of the batter. Microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds on Power Level 7. All microwaves however will vary. This keeps the center from cooking and will ensure it to be gooey. If you prefer a firm cake add another 10-15 seconds. Allow to rest for 30 seconds and turn upside down onto a plate. Remove the bowl and enjoy. When you cut into the center it will be gooey and delicious
