Aspiring bodybuilder Tristan James on the comeup this week. Today he takes us through not only a great arm workout, but also some fascial stretching. He applies his knowledge as a licensed masseuse as a means to increase volume in the arms, which means more blood, more room for growth, and a better pump.

This exercise mainly focuses on triceps, but also has some biceps thrown in the mix as well.
