We keep seeing more and more from masseuse extraordinaire, Tristan James, which is really great considering how hard this guy goes.
He mentions that he went a little too hard on leg day last week, which is why he is taking us through another amazing back workout routine.
Remember, while going hard is necessary to break your plateau and to get drastic results quicker, it can also lead to injury, which can keep you on the bench and out of the gym.
Tristan also takes us through a detailed stretching session. This is a great way to not only warm up before activity, but can also assist in preventing injury from over-exertion.
