Today we join IFBB professional athlete Yesenia Perez for an action-packed foray into a leg and shoulder workout.
She starts her workout with a few gymnastic-style stretches, which is always important. Injuries and over-exertion can leave you out of the gym for days, even weeks.
She then gets into the main course of her training routine. As you can see, she is highly efective in her technique, and her body reflects that.
