Tristen Escolastico takes us through the endeavor of chasing the pump, that elusive, satisfying feeling that comes with lifting weights.
He starts by warming up his shoulders, which we feel like so many people seem to disregard before starting a training session. Always stretch, always warm up. it's the best, and easiest way to not only get maximum output, but to also prevent injury.
