So these Seth Sets will help you achieve that. Help you mentally push yourself farther and farther.

Pre-Workout Shake
- 1.5 scoops of Blackstone Labs HYPE
- 1 Scoop of Blackstone Labs Formula 19
Intra-Workout Shake
- 1 Scoop of Blackstone Labs Resurgence
- 1/2 Scoop of Blackstone Labs Formula 19
Post-Workout Shake
- 1 Scoop Blackstone Labs Formula 19
- 1 Scoop Blackstone Labs Resurgence
And DRINK Plenty of Water ! You will be sweating a lot so make sure you are hydrated throughout the Day and the Workout!
Seth Set Chest Workout
*Warm-Up* - get a sweat going and make sure you are ready to work- do not use your first exercise as your warm up!
Incline DB Presses - 4 x 10, 10, 8/16, 8/16 - Last 2 Sets - Seth Sets
Flat DB Flyes - 4 x 12, 10, 10/20, 10/20 - Last 2 Sets - Seth Sets
Flat DB Pullovers - 3 x 12
Chest Press Machine OR Plate Loaded Chest Press - 3 x 12, 10, 8/16 - Last Set - Seth Set
Parallel Bar Dips - 3 x Failure - Push yourself each set until you cant do anymore!!
Pec Deck - 2 x 12/24 - 2 sets are Seth Sets to finish - push Yourself past what you want to do. Push Yourself Past what you thought you could do!! Finish STRONG!!!
