Brian, thank you for breaking it down for us to understand. So, by net carbs do you mean subtracting your fiber from the total carbs to get net carbs? Thanks in advance.

70% or more from fat. Keep carbs around 20-30 net. The rest protein. As far as over all calories that will depend on what your Maintenence is. I would try to stick around your Maintenence calories at first before going into a deficit as you will probably lose fat on this diet even at Maintenence

Great show. I really want to start a keto diet soon. Looks like there’s a lot of research and prep I have to do before I start. Any suggestions on how to figure out what I need my macros to be?
