Today we are joined by the ferocious Laurin Conlin. We saw how she warms up. or "pre activates" as she puts it. Now she takes through how she really gets down when it's time to grind.
Talk about Badass workouts, she starts it off with the sumo deadlift, which is an atypical, but killer way to get your legs shredded. She goes through a series of variations of deadlifts and squats, before rounding i out with other various ways to work your legs to their maximum output.
We are incredibly impressed with how she breaks down the science and technique for each exercise, giving you a fuller, more whole picture and an all around better understanding of how to improve your body.
