Mr USA himself, Cody Montgomery, is back again with another killer workout for you!
Athletes like Cody train at the highest degree possible. This being said, it would benefit anyone even remotely interested to try out any of the videos Cody has done for us as of late.
That being said, this time Cody takes us through a series of exercises focusing on both your chest and calves. Nobody wants to look bird-chested, or to have skinny chicken legs, so today's shoot is a great place to solve these issues. Besides, calves are becoming more and more of a point of focus for men. We don't know exactly why, though.
