Cody Montgomery is always firing on all cylinders. Today, we see him get it up in that gym like we are so accustomed to seeing him do. This time, though, he sets his sights on two much appreciated and beloved muscle groups: chest and calves.

We've seen a lot from Cody Montgomery lately. It's not shocker consider just how hard he goes every single day. He really shows us how much effort it takes to be a serious competitor in the realm of professional bodybuilding.

Arms: Perhaps the most liked muscle group to train of all time. They are easy to get a nasty pump going, they develop quickly, and of course, draw a lot of attention from other people as soon as they begin to grow even slightly. It has even been suggested that a man's arms are what women find to be the most attractive feature of a man's body.

Since we first met, Cody Montgomery has been one of our favorites. He is a rising star in the realm of competitive bodybuilding, that cannot be denied. We are very lucky to have him as a part of our family.
