Blood Flow! That's what it's all about everyone! More blood flow equals more oxygen and nutrients being pushed into your muscles. With front raises I use a variety of angles, hand placements, and body position. This assures I am hitting every angle of the front delt.

Blackstone Labs had a great time at the Olympia last month. We want to thank everyone who came over to our booth and took the time to say hello and hang out with us.

Laurin Conlin applies her vast knowledge of exercise science and nutrition as she sings the praises of our own meal replacement Fast Food!

Laurin Conlin, Blackstone Labs sponsored athlete and IFBB bikini pro took a trip down to our own supplement nexus in Boca Raton, Florida. She's 3 days out and looking to restock her suite of supplements she uses to help her meet and exceed her goals as a competing athlete. We were, of course happy to oblige.

We've seen a lot from Cody Montgomery lately. It's not shocker consider just how hard he goes every single day. He really shows us how much effort it takes to be a serious competitor in the realm of professional bodybuilding.

Welcome back to Blackstone Labs.

Arms: Perhaps the most liked muscle group to train of all time. They are easy to get a nasty pump going, they develop quickly, and of course, draw a lot of attention from other people as soon as they begin to grow even slightly. It has even been suggested that a man's arms are what women find to be the most attractive feature of a man's body.
